Wayne has worked in the financial services sector for the past 23 years. He first cut his teeth as a financial advisor with Prudential and by the time of his departure in 2001 had worked for many years in a middle management position. The next step in his career path was with Standard Life again in a middle management function supporting the day to day running of a financial consultancy team.

Departing Standard Life in 2005 it was simply time to go it alone with like minded people who shared the same vision and passion for what has now become Encompass.

Wayne now enjoys what he describes as simply helping clients get more connected to their finances. Understanding the meaning of money and more importantly the role it plays in your lifestyle both now and in the future is central to achieving the life that you want. Loyalty is also part of his make up and to prove the point, confesses to being a life long Saints supporter in the good times or the bad.

The process we went through, to come up with our plan, was very rewarding as it made us think about what we wanted to do with our lives and how we were going to achieve our goals. Once we had done this, and completed our financial expenditure chart, we were pleasantly surprised by the results that were shown to us by Encompass.
