Michael has worked in financial services since 1990. Starting out in administration with Commercial Union before beginning his financial planning career with Standard Life. Michael has been advising clients on their financial planning needs since 1997.

Michael believes that since Encompass began in 2004 they have gradually developed and evolved their views and beliefs to where they now are in 2011. He believes that Encompass's current client proposition, particularly the Lifestyle Financial Planning service is exactly how a modern, contemporary financial planning practice's work should be done.

He believes the Lifestyle process is a very rewarding and fulfilling process for Encompass's clients and he really enjoys using this process, with its carefully constructed questionning techniques and his own knowledge and expertise to help his clients gain the confidence, piece of mind and reassurance needed to plan to achieve their dreams and desired future lifestyle.
